Support

On-Target Help Desk Support is a cornerstone of Banetti's services offerings. Our engineers are available around the clock to provide support that includes technical troubleshooting, applying software patches, educating users on how to perform tasks and managing access privileges. Clients with large geographically dispersed or large user bases find this technical backstop to be essential; those that run versions of Maximo no longer supported by IBM even more so.

As part of our Help Desk Support service, Banetti provides weekly and monthly performance reports. These can be used to identify the need for changes such as system enhancements, user training, and changes to the technical infrastructure. With authorization, we will implement these improvements as we continuously improve your CMMS.

HealthCheck

Enterprise software systems can often behave as living, breathing things. Over the course of time, through upgrades and enhancements, small matters can begin to compound and negatively impact system performance, user experience or the functionality of the system. This is a natural phenomenon for CMMS systems. Banetti provides its HealthCheck service as a natural part of the system lifecycle to keep your CMMS performing as needed.

Banetti consultants inspect various system characteristics to identify areas for improvement. We take a detailed look at system configuration, integration points, workflows, data structures, reports and customizations to provide a thoughtful look at opportunities to make high impact changes. A major focus is the integrity of data in the CMMS. Whether due to upgrades from prior versions, data migration, or evolving system usage over time, nearly all systems carry a burden of orphaned records and broken pointers. While some of these may be innocuous, we often find these data issues affect inventory valuation, active asset lists, active PM generation, Job Plan usage and more. This sometimes also proves to be a good time to review asset, site and failure data hierarchies.

Customers that have been running their CMMS for more than a few years may have a relatively large number of customizations. Typically, these were done for valid reasons due to shortcoming in the software at the time. As the software versions have matured into richer, fuller functioned products the need for these customizations often ceases to exist. With this in mind, a HealthCheck is a good opportunity to evaluate moving closer to an out of the box configuration.

HealthChecks are typically conducted on site within the span of week. Banetti delivers a written report covering opportunities for improvement including with the level of effort required. We then review these findings so you can make informed decisions on how to prioritize your work.
